Stephanie Adler, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked as an RN for almost 10 years in various specialties and settings. As I progressed through my career, I became more and more aware of the unmet needs for psychiatric care across the lifespan. Thus, I started working in mental/behavioral health. This career move confirmed my passion for helping those struggling with mental health, and motivated me to go back to school to pursue my Master’s Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

As a PMHNP, I have provided psychiatric treatment for various mental health issues including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, ADHD, and OCD. In addition, I have treated symptoms that interfere with daily functioning for those with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. I have treated age ranges from adolescents to geriatrics. These experiences have enabled me to administer outstanding psychiatric care resulting in improved mental health outcomes and overall well-being in my patients.

My educational background includes a Masters of Science in Nursing- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, West Coast University and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Western Governors University.
